FileHelperCopyDirectory Method

Copy the files of a directory to a destination, optionally recursive, with a search pattern and a pattern of file name starts to skip. 'keepExistingFiles' is a list of file names (separated by ';', case insensitive, applied to sub-directories too) that are copied only when they do not exist yet in the destination, so a customized copy survives a re-publish (e.g. site-colors.css).
