Does Seal provide us the ability to apply a Conditional Formatting according to the displayed data.
for example make Red background color, for the rows that have failed status.

You have a sample done in the Dashboard reports.
You have several options to do this:
Select you element in the model, then expand the Advanced properties and use:
Custom Cell CSS to change the css for negative/positive values
Cell Script to modify with C# the cell value or CSS

You might also use the Final Script of your model to modify the table generated before the rendering...
