How to connect two report ( report and report detail) by sub-report or drill

Yes, it is defined in the column definition in the Data Source:
In your Source Tree View, expand the tables node, then expand your table and select the column you want to config.
Then you have a Drill Properties Group: you can here select the children of you column (e.g. going from Year to Month).
And you have the Sub Reports Properties Group: you can create/select a sub-report to be executed from this column.
Check the Northwind samples using the Server Manager.
