I am using Windows 7 32-bit with IE 11.
I have removed all anti-virus, disabled windows firewall and reduced a lot of security settings within IE and elsewhere. JavaScript and Active X Controls in IE are enabled too.

But I just cannot seem to get the Report output generated.

Strangely, when I go to the demo website; the report output generates fine in my IE browser. Any help would be great!

IF you are in the Report Designer:
There is an option to see JavaScript errors: Options -> Show Script Errors
Try also to run the Report Designer as Administrator to see if it works better.

If you are in your own browser and browsing the Web Report Server:
You can you go in developer mode (F12) and check out if there is any error messages in the console...
check also in the Network tab that all the JavaScript files have been loaded correctly into the browser.
Finally check the rights at IIS/Windows side: the Windows user that generates the output must have the rights to do it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Had tried earlier and the report viewer continued to appear blank.

Here's a screenshot of how the report appears:
