Hello, how can i chart a time series, that consists of a sequence of data points of measurements made in the field
from a temperature sensor?

Sorry bit no huge experience with time series,
normally it should work like date series with a format showing up hours and minutes:
Specify an axis with a column of type Date Time, and change the format that fits.
