How to add members to group in windows Authentication
For example :
A is belongs to East
B is belongs to South
C is belongs to North
D is belongs to east and south

i created folders in web accordingly Like East,South and North D should be able to see east and south,
They should be able to see there respective folders only

is this possible in security process and if it is possible could please advice me steps

You should configure the security using the Server Manager, then Configuration->Configure Web Security
Here you should edit the Security Groups collection:
Then add one group per folder you have created and then edit the folders collection in each group.

For Windows authentication, you must have the same User Group names in Windows to match the user logged.

You can have a summary of the rights by using the button [View security group summary] on the top of the dialog.

Thanks for reply and if the user is not a member of same windows group in this case?

and please let me know is it possible to add specific members to a group (this user is not member of this group)

you can customize the login process by modifying the login script (in the Web Security Dialog):
Set use custom security to true
Then edit the script according to your needs...
