I have too much data in my database. So I automatically generated the HTML output everyday night using the Windows task scheduler. So it is easy for me to check the report.
I created an HTML file (Folder device) in the seal report software. Now I want to create the schedule to run that HTML automatically daily and I also want to load the report URL on the server.
I already tried to create the schedules but that fails to run automatically
How can I create the schedules which run automatically on daily basis as per my requirement?

well, the output on folder device will generate the report HTML in a given folder.
if this folder is published in the Web Report Server you have to access it through a Web Report Server login (to handle the security) or use the Web API (https://sealreport.org/demo/WebInterfaceAPI.html)
if this folder is published on another Web Site, then you have to build up your URL by yourself.
If you are using the Windows Task Scheduler, just be aure that the user defined to execute the task has enough rights to execute the report and generate the output.
