To define a chart you have to define an X-Axis and and Y-Values (the Serie).
To define the X-Axis:
Select one element in your Row or Column elements: Expand the property Chart, in Serie Definition, select Axis
To define the Y-Values:
Select one element in your Data elements: Expand the property Chart, in Serie Definition, select NVD3 Chart, the select your Seie Type.
