Hello,

I upgraded to Seal Report 6.1, I then successfully published the Web site, then when I use the 'Browse Web Site" from the Seal Web Server Publisher window, I receive the following.

perhaps you may change your web.config in the publish folder:
move Web.Release.Config to Web.config

or try a fresh install by removing the previous published files first.

Hi Eric,

I moved Web.Release.Config over to Web.config, I then restarted IIS, but still getting the same results.

I just tried removing the Seal Application Pool from the Application Pools, but I get a message saying the 'Seal Application Pool' cannot be deleted because it contains 1 application. I can't find any places where I could delete the application. Do you have any suggestions, or a better way to uninstall the Seal Web server?

Yves

Eric,

I fiddled around and found a way to completely remove the Seal Web Server. I republished the web site and it seems to be working now. From what I can see, there must have been some remnants of the older version of the Seal Web server left on the server.

Thanks for your assistance,
Yves
