Good afternoon , I hope it is the exact section. I have a problem with the connection string to my acces database . The connection scringa is as follows : Provider = Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 ; Data Source = C : \ Tempest \ DataBase \ TpStat.mdb ; Persist Security Info = False . If I open the report with report designer seal everything works properly . if I open the report using my application or the web service the report can not find the database because it goes to look in the folder where is the application that I am using at the time . In this case the error that gives me is: Error detail : Can not find file ' C : \ Users \ User \ Documents \ Visual Studio 2010 \ Projects \ Tp_ReportLauncer \ Tp_ReportLauncer \ bin \ Debug \ tpstat.mdb " . Even if the connection string is as reported previously . How can I solve this problem? It states that both the application and the database does not possoso be moved from their folder .
Thank
Federico

It looks like the rights/access of the user used to run the Web Report Server (configured with the IIS Manager) are not the same as your user when you run the Report Designer... Make a try with the Northwind Data Source, it is also an Access database. Try to run your applications with the "Run as administrator..." Option. Good luck.

Thanks for the quick answer! The application is already launched with administrator rights so I am afraid that the problem is not that. I you move one of your reports on your desktop and trying to throw him through application , I noticed that it works properly then the problem at this point in my report. In addition to the connection string that seems to correct what else could be to give error ?

Difficult to say, it seems that your report is not copied properly to the Web Server repository, can you check by changing the report file name....
