Hello,
I came through to create an output device for gmail and i can send report by mail manually with button execute output. Everything seems working properly(subject, body message, report...) but i could not manage to set schedule part for sending reports automatically on scheduled time. I try almost all configurations in edit schedule properties part. When times come, .exe has executed but i dont recieve any email. Please help me about that. Thanks

Check logs in the EventViewer and the Repository Logs sub-folder... It is often related to user rights as the Windows Task Scheduler executes the .exe with another user context (it is good to check the box 'Run with the highest privileges') As an alternative, you may use the Seal Report Scheduler: https://sealreport.org/Tutorials#lineScheduler

Thanks for reply. I tried your suggestion. I checked the box 'Run with the highest privileges' When I clicked ok button I got an error that "Access Denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))" So what should I do? Thank you

you should run the Report Designer in Administrator Mode... Or you can use the Windows Task Scheduler itself (Type F9 when you are in the schedule)

When I run in Administrator mode, I can save now. But still could not receive email. Could it be about Tasks? I did not add any task for my report. But as I said before, I can receive email by manually clicking execute output. It is working like that.

No you do not have to add tasks in the report...it should work like this, check your firewall, antivirus, etc... check first if a schedule on a report folder (HTML result) works fine.
