Hi I am using Windows Server 2008. Installed Seal Report version 1.7 and created a New Report. On checking sql and connections it says everything is working. When I execute this report , it keeps on processing forever and report doesn't execute. Same thing happened with all the sample reports. Since it always keeps on processing i cant even see the log.

I have attached a screenshot.

What could be the source of error since all the sample reports aren't working either.

Hi, it looks like the IE plugin (that is used by the Report Viewer) does not work with active content...
Did you install and run it as administrator ?
There is an option in the Report Designer in the Main Menu: Options -> Show script error to see the JavaScript errors.
Finally check that IE is well configured and allows active content.
I hope it helps.

I had the same issue and turns out since I was running on a Windows Server OS I had to turn off Internet Explorer Enhanced Security.
