Adding a comment to Restrictions in the restriction section

Hi How can I add a comment/note to the restriction section? If I add a Free view, it becomes part of the report and hence displayed in the HTML result of the report. I do not want the comments regarding the restriction to be a part of the report in HTML result. How can I accomplish this? Thanks! Edited by user Thursday, November 21, 2019 7:37:00 PM(UTC)

The restrictions section can be edited/customized per report using the dedicated Partial View template:
Select your root View,
Click on the 'Custom Partial Templates List',
Then edit the custom template of 'Report.iRestrictions'
Here you could add some text/html to modify your restrictions...
