Hi

We are trying to send a schedule report to an email but caught an exception in event viewer :

Error got when executing schedule 'd0fc3d49-0424-4f06-af27-522f4b83def2':
Unable to read the file 'C:\DW\Doctrix\ReportRepository\Reports\Monthly Report Scheduled.srex'.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

at Seal.Model.Report.LoadFromFile(String path, Repository repository)
at Seal.Model.ReportExecution.GetScheduledReport(TaskFolder taskFolder, String reportPath, String reportGUID, String scheduleGUID, Repository repository)
at Seal.Model.ReportExecution.InitReportSchedule(String scheduleGUID, Task& task, Report& report, ReportSchedule& schedule)
at Seal.Model.ReportExecution.ExecuteReportSchedule(String scheduleGUID)

We already tested the GMail Device configuration through Seal Server Manager and the test Email is working fine. Additionally we tested the report on output (Folder Device) and it is working fine too, how can we overcome this?

Thanks

Regards
Wayne

If you have tested the Email directly in the Report Manager and it works fine (through Execute Output),
it looks like the Task configured for this output does not have enough rights to load the report file properly (and/or the repository files)...
Can you check in the Task definition who is running the task (in Security Options in first Tab) and be sure that the user has enough rights to load a report ?

Normally using Folder Device output will go through the same process, I am surprised that it works with Folder Device and not Email device....
