Yes the Web Report Server is part of the 5.0, it inscludes also Dashboards.

Yes it is, you can request for a demo login at https://ariacom.com/contact.cshtmlThe Web Report Designer includes also a Dashboard Manager to build your dashboards from published Widgets.
