Conditional Formatting on Selected Rows

Hi,
In a data table, is it possible to conditionally embolden / format selected rows .... i.e. if a row's data meet certain conditions?
(similar to implementing KPI view conditions in a data table instead)
I have gone through the config files, and the forum... but I haven't seen anything to meet this criteria.
Please advise.

this can be done through 'Cell Script': select your model element in the editor, then 'Advanced/Cell Script'.
There are samples for conditional formatting...

and how about if I want to influence the formatting of the entire row in a table , based on the output of 1 field ?

there is no standard for this, so you have to modify your DataTables view template and change the HTML or the JavaScript generated...
