If legends are more, the chart becomes unreadable. Legends overlap on chart/chart shrinks down.

I had the same issue and i managed to display the report in full by adjusting the chart size attributes.
you can find them at Model HTML's View Parameter "CSS" attribute "NVD3Chart"
ex : height:600px; width:800px; page-break-inside:avoid;
you should adjust the height & width untill everything is in display without overlapping.
