I uninstalled web tool program in my computer, now when I want execute report, it get me error
"Jquery is undefined".
JavaScript in IE is enabled too.
I installed seal again too.

What do you call a web tool ?
The process to publish the Web Report Server is the following:
Run the Server Manager, then in the menu Configuration -> Publish the Web Server on IIS
You can also find the error by using the debug console of your browser (F12)

soloution: When internet of pc is disconnected, "server is local" setting must be true. Because the program can not find jquery file and error is " jquery is undefined".
