Great! Now I have translated most of the words in the .csv file with column header set to "ar"; however, I don't see any changes in after publishing with culture set to Arabic. What could be the problem?

Did you set your profile to Arabic (in Web Report Server, or in reports by defining Default Culture) ?
If you want to integrate your Arabic translations in the open source product, you can contact us at https://ariacom.com/contact.cshtml

Nothing happened, I have changed from profile menu to French and it is working fine, but Arabic for some reason it is not working. Would users group affect anything?

Actually, a quick try shows that the version 3.4 does not support unicode/utf char like Arabic or Chinese...
We will check if we handle this in the 4.0...

A 4.0 beta is available, you might try to translate in Arabic using UTF8 translation files....
