do we have the option to autorefresh data, or put some kind of timer to refresh data accordingly?

yes, there is a View Parameter for this:
Click on your root view, then F7 to edit parameters, then set the number of seconds in 'Auto-Refresh (seconds)'

it works fine on the Web Server (just tested from Edge and Chrome),

did you use CTRL+F5 to refresh the JavaScripts from cache ?
otherwise, you can debug what is going wrong by checking console logs (F12).

in addition to getting Seal 3.4, we should also download the web server code version 3.4, it is not enough to uprade Seal setup to 3.4 only.

The setup contains everything.
Once you have downloaded and installed the 3.4, you have to publish again the Web Report Server,
using Server Manager -> Configuration -> Publish Web Report Server on IIS.

If you have already an instance, just use the [Publish only files] button.
