do we have the ability to display filter values in Report title after execution?

Yes, use the 'Init Script' you can edit when the root Views node is clicked.
Check the sample "53-Init Script - Set default restriction values" where a custom 'Init Script' is used (select the root Views node to edit it).

it seems that the "Init Script" works well when the report starts, but am originally looking to change report Title after Execution, after clicking on the Execute button, do you have another solution?

You can change the report title after the execution of your model using the 'Final Script' in the model properties.

At last, you can change it by using a custom template of your Root report view, the title is display in @Report.ExecutionName.
