Sort Order in Web Report Designer

The desktop version of the Report Designer allows the user to specify the order of columns to use to sort the results on the report (1 Ascendant, 1 Descendant, 2 Ascendant, etc.), but the Web Report Designer doesn't seem to allow the same control. Is this an option that needs to be turned or a feature that would need to be added to the product?

No, the Web Report Designer allows to change the Sort Order (Second property after 'Name' when you edit an element)....

I understand that the sort order on a given field can be changed, such as 'Not sorted', 'Automatic ascendant', 'Automatic descendant' in the Web Report Designer.
My question is if I can choose the order in which the fields will first be used to sort the results in the report. In the desktop version, it is possible to choose '1 Ascendant', '2 Ascendant', '3 Ascendant', etc. I'm looking for the same functionality in the Web Report Designer.

Yes, these options are available only after reloading a saved report... This will be fixed in the 4.0.
