Yes, there is an unwanted file in the .zip of the distribution... I just updated the distribution, so you can get the last .zip file for the 3.2. Otherwise, the workaround is just to remove the .vs directory in the \Projects directory, then re-run Visual Studio and it will create a clean applicationhost.config file.
