I have a successful installation and have investigated similar forum issues that looked similiar with the answer being to include username/password in the source connection, but I am getting failed connection when using Web version of Seal Report as it does not appear to be passing the username/password from the connection/source.
Login failed for user 'SPS\PSPDASH01$'. Reason: Could not find a login matching the name provided. [CLIENT: 130.113.213.31]
It appears to be sending the machine name as the database login
Any assistance appreciated.
Thanks Jacob

If the connection is successful with the Server Manager, check the Windows user of the application pool of your Web Report Server.
