How can I adjust the dimensions of the Individual bars in bar charts in chart JS?

All specific configuration for the chart rendering can be done using custom script of the Chart View... So for chart JS you have to check https://www.chartjs.org/docs/latest/ then adjust the JavaScript in the custom template. good luck.
