Dynamic Restriction Values in Prompt

Hi there!
I'm looking to add dynamic values in the RESTRICTION VALUEs for prompts.
Using the Advanced Custom SQL only modifies the field on which restriction is placed.
For example: In a "year" prompt, I would like SEAL to show the 'current year' as the 1st RESTRICTION VALUE as soon as I run report.
Could you please help/point me to the right direction?
I'm relatively new to SEAL .
