do we have the opportunity to repeat Report header and footer in every page, and also in printed pages?

you can do that with the PDF generation, otherwise for HTML printing, check this post: https://stackoverflow.co...inted-page-of-a-documentbut the current HTML templates do not handle this, you can do it easily if you use custom templates or perhaps just add 2 open HTML Views (one for the footer and one for the header) and it should make the work.
