Hello,
When generating a report in the desktop version of Seal Report, it is possible to copy/paste the report output, including both the chart and the text into another application such as MS Word.
When generating a report from to Web Server, I am able to copy/paste the text, but not the chart portion of the report output. Is there a setting or something available that would let the user copy/paste the chart as well?

The main report result format is HTML (except if you convert to PDF or Excel using the converter).
So you can do with a report output exactly what you can do with an HTML document on your computer.
Copy/Paste works for for HTML tables, NVD3 Charts are JavaScript chart so you must use a print screen to get them or you may use Microsoft chart to generate the image.
Note that MS Word can read HTML files.
Using the Seal Report Designer fat client, you should use the button View Print Result to open the HTML file in your local browser.
