I would like to add a ComboBox (select html) at side the title name report

You can customize the HTML generated for the report by using custom template:
In your View (here it will be the root view) : set 'Use custom template text' to true, then you can Edit the template itself (.cshtml file).
Note that this approach requires a good knowledge of HTML and of the Seal Report objects and interaction with the server (depending on what you want to do).
Note also that customizing the standard template requires that you check your report when you upgrade to new versions.
