Web server will not run.
Reinstalled Seal and aspnetcore 5

Solved:
AspNetCoreModuleV2 was missing.
Completely uninstalled all ASP.Net from Add/Remove programs and then reinstalled the hosting bundle dotnet-hosting-5.0.16-win.exe
Installing over top of the existing .Net 5 did not fix the problem. It took a full uninstall and reinstall.

@Mr_Rat you saved my life. Same problem on Windows Server 2016. I only installed the .NET 6 Windows Server Hosting without uninstall anything and solved the problem.
