Hello!

We are trying to update to 6.1 and are receiving the following error when trying to launch the site. I have checked the web.release.config file and updated references accordingly, as well as just straight up deleted and re-ran the installer as Admin, but the below error remains. What are we missing? Thank you!

Server Error in '/seal' Application.

Hello again,

FINALLY found the config file causing the last error and got it swapped out. Site now loads and users can login, but there is no functionality. Clicking to open a report does nothing, etc. Could not find any resolution in the forum. Guesses on what I broke now? Thank you!

Hello once again!

Site is now up and running, reports generating, etc. This has been a fun little learning experience. Final issue is that our PDF and Excel converter are no longer working. I have downloaded the latest converter files, copied them over to our main directory and the web server directory, ensured that the license file and SealCoverter.dll are both open (not blocked), but am still getting an 'unexpected exception' error. Below is the error received when trying to send results to PDF or Excel in the Report Designer installed on the server. I have reached out to our Aricom contact regarding this issue as well, but the sooner we can get it resolved and our users back up and running, the better, so I thought I would ask here as well. I have checked our logs and am not seeing anything... Appreciate any and all help!

First make it work with the Report Designer fat client.

SealConverter.dll and its related dlls must be only located on the Repository\Assemblies directory, please remove any other SealConverter.dll that could remain from previous installations (in C:\Program Files\Seal Report or C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Seal Report\bin).

Make also sure that you have the 6.1 of Seal Report.
Can you check again: https://ariacom.com/SealConverterInstallation

Once it is ok with the Report Designer, then check the Web Server.
