ExcelHelperToCsv(String, String, CsvQuoting) Method

Returns a value escaped for a CSV file, followed by the separator. The quoting mode defines when the value is enclosed in double quotes: Always, WhenNeeded (RFC 4180: only if the value contains the separator, a double quote, a line break or a leading/trailing space) or Never.
