HelperInlineCssUrls Method

Inline the local resources referenced with url() in a CSS content (fonts, images) as data URIs, so the CSS can be embedded in a self-contained HTML result file. Relative paths are resolved against the folder of the CSS file. External (http, https, //), data: and anchor references are kept, as well as files not found. For a font-face 'src' list declaring several formats of the same font (e.g. woff2 then ttf), only the first available file is kept to limit the result size.
