How to connect with database on Amazon RDS

I have a project in university. And i need to use Seal Report to generate some reports. But i have some problems with connecting by Seal Server Manager to my database in Amazon RDS ( cloud). Below is my endpoint to database , also it requires login and password .  i try to connect by ODBC drivers , then it appears an errors on screen - the size of data source is too long. Can someone help? Maybe i should to use another drivers? PS. On DataGrip and HeidiSQL i have connection.

SR is a standard .Net application using OleDB or ODBC drivers.
I don't know Amazon RDS, perhaps you have to install a driver first, or it is a problem of firewall.
